Half-day labour · $350
For a focused repair or a short list of compatible small jobs that can be completed during one half-day visit.
Full-day labour · $700
For larger installations, several coordinated repairs, or work expected to require a full service day.
Materials quoted separately
Materials, disposal, parking, specialty rentals and regulated-trade work are identified separately when applicable.
Final scope approved first
Renovations and complex projects receive a project-specific estimate. Work begins only after you approve the scope and price.
